Chittaranjan Smriti Educational Trust is a registered Trustee Body registered vide No. 7970 dated 12th September, 2003 of Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. The trust is governed by a governing body headed by Smt. Shipra Kar, the Chairman. The governing body of the trustee comprises of Educationalists, Academicians, Professionals, Entrepreneurs and Social Activists. The trustee is located at Uttar Goalpara, PO: Lahanda, Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur district, West Bengal, PIN : 733 134. |
The prime objectives of the trust are :

To impart, promote and spread education in Arts, Literature, Science and Commerce to the subjects of the Union of India and abroad at large. |

To grant stipends, scholarships, studentship and other allowances, concessions or gratitude to deserving students and candidates. |

To hold examinations and to grant certificates of proficiency or other academic distinctions or little to persons who have compiled with the conditions laid down in the regulations or By-laws of the Trusts and/or the Government authorities or any other statutory body set up by the government authorities. |

To provide facilities for giving residential accommodation and boarding houses for teachers, staff members and other persons engaged in carrying out any of the objectives. |

To provide libraries, reading rooms and other facilities for the benefits of the students and general public for promoting education. |
